Amanda Brugel

Pointe Claire in Montreal's West Island is a small, little town that is a bit sleepy. It led to the award of a Fine Arts Talent Scholarship at York University where she attended the Theater Program and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2000. Since then, Brugel has been in over 60 productions both large and small. The most notable was the time she was cast as Rita in The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel was only seen on a few instances in the initial season of the show The Handmaid's Tale. The only Canadian member.
